Integral Yoga Teacher Training
Join the longest-running yoga teacher training tradition in Argentina
Why train with us?
Excellence in training with 90 years of history
The Integral Yoga® Teacher Training at Purna Yoga Integral is not simply a certificate: it is a transformation. Our programs are designed so that students not only learn to teach yoga, but deepen their own practice, understand the philosophical foundations of the tradition and develop the pedagogical skills needed to be an effective and authentic teacher.
Since 1934, more than thirty thousand people have completed our training and today teach yoga throughout the country. The strength of this tradition is measured not in papers but in the real transformation it has generated in thousands of lives across nearly a century of uninterrupted teaching.
We offer three training formats to adapt to the needs and possibilities of each student: the Annual Teacher Training, the one-month Intensive Course, and the Master Program for already-certified teachers.
Our Training Programs
Choose the path that best suits your situation and goals.
The flagship program of Purna Yoga Integral. A year of deep study covering all aspects of Integral Yoga: practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation; anatomy and physiology applied to yoga; yoga and Vedanta philosophy; didactics and pedagogy of yoga teaching; and supervised teaching practice.
For those with limited time but a genuine desire to train as yoga teachers. During thirty intensive days, students experience total immersion in Integral Yoga, with morning and afternoon classes covering all the content of the annual program in a concentrated and experiential way.
Designed exclusively for already-certified teachers who seek to deepen their knowledge and expand their teaching capacity into specialized areas. The Master Program covers therapeutic yoga, advanced meditation, subtle anatomy and the transmission of the oral tradition of yoga.
