Integral Yoga Master Program

For teachers who want to go further: advanced specialization and deepening

Exclusive for certified teachers

The Master Program is reserved for people who already hold their certification as an Integral Yoga® Teacher (or recognized equivalent). This is not an initial training but genuine deepening for experienced teachers.

Why do the Master Program?

Being a good yoga teacher requires, above all, the ability to teach clearly, safely and authentically the content of the Teacher Training. But over time, many teachers feel they have reached a ceiling in their development: they want to go deeper, expand their toolkit, or specialize in specific populations.

The Integral Yoga® Master Program responds exactly to that need. The program costs USD 1,000 and includes access to all specialized modules, advanced theoretical materials, individual supervision with teachers of the tradition, and the "Integral Yoga® Master" certification upon completing the program.

The Four Modules of the Master Program

Module 1: Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga applies yoga tools to the care and accompaniment of specific health conditions. This module covers adaptation of practice for people with spinal problems, chronic diseases, anxiety and stress, sleep disorders, and conditions related to the autonomic nervous system.

Module 2: Advanced Meditation and Contemplative Tradition

Techniques from the Advaita Vedanta traditions are studied and practiced, along with Yoga Nidra in depth, chakra meditation and classical tantra forms. This module includes meditation retreats that allow for sustained and silent practice.

Module 3: Advanced Pedagogy and Transmission of the Tradition

This module works on yoga pedagogy in its deepest dimension: the relationship between teacher and student, the ethics of teaching, the transmission of the oral tradition, and the development of one's own pedagogical authority.

Module 4: Subtle Anatomy and Energetic Physiology

Deepens the study of the chakra system, nadis (energy channels), koshas (sheaths of the being), and the relationship between subtle physiology and yoga practice. Beyond physical anatomy, yoga works with a body map that includes the subtle bodies.

Format and duration

The Master Program is offered in a flexible format combining intensive in-person modules (one weekend per month for four months) with practice and independent study between modules. The complete program has a duration of four months, with the possibility of extending to eight months.
