The living tradition of Integral Yoga, transmitted from Swami Asuri Kapila to over 30,000 teachers throughout South America.
Our Mission
Purna Yoga Integral is much more than a yoga school: it is a living community of practitioners and teachers who, since 1934, have sustained an unbroken tradition of Integral Yoga teaching in Argentina and throughout South America.
Founded by Swami Asuri Kapila — the first yoga master in the Western world to establish a formal teacher training program — our school has grown into a network of over 20 locations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, where more than 800 new teachers receive certification each year.
The Integral Yoga we teach is not limited to the physical practice of asanas. It is a holistic system that integrates body, mind and spirit, based on the synthesis of yoga's great paths: Hatha, Raja, Karma, Jnana and Bhakti.
