Board of Directors
The teachers and authorities who preserve and transmit the tradition of Integral Yoga
The Institutional Structure of Purna Yoga Integral
Purna Yoga Integral is governed by a Board of Directors made up of the most experienced teachers of the tradition, who guarantee the pedagogical and philosophical continuity of Integral Yoga® as conceived by Swami Asuri Kapila in 1934. The Board oversees training programs, establishes the academic and ethical standards of the institution, and safeguards the integrity of the tradition at each of the affiliated locations.
The composition of the Board reflects the geographical and pedagogical diversity of the institution: its members represent both the central campus in Buenos Aires and the main locations in the interior of the country and in Uruguay.

Ethics and institutional standards
The Board of Directors of Purna Yoga Integral upholds an ethical code that all affiliated teachers must know and respect. This code covers the relationship with students, the minimum pedagogical standards for Integral Yoga teaching, the criteria for use of the registered names and marks Integral Yoga® and Purna Yoga®, and conflict resolution procedures.
We believe that ethics is not a restriction but the foundation on which trust between teacher and student is built. A yoga teacher who does not practice what they teach cannot authentically transmit the depth of Integral Yoga.
